iZettle is now Zettle by PayPal

Back in 2011, we launched as iZettle with our first ever mini-chip card reader and mobile POS software. While a lot has changed since our early days as a Stockholm startup, our aim remains the same: we want to help small businesses start, run and grow their businesses. We want to help them thrive.

In 2018, we joined forces with PayPal, and in 2021, we dropped the "i" to become Zettle by PayPal. The change helped to modernise and simplify our name, and communicate our strong connection with PayPal.
